What we offer
Every treatment begins with a free consultation in the studio. Kellen will map a draft shape directly on your skin. Nothing happens permanently until the drawing feels right.
01 · Nanoblading
Single-needle hair-stroke tattooing. The most realistic brow shape on the menu. Each stroke is drawn one at a time, in the direction your real hair grows.
Best for clients with thin, patchy, or over-plucked brows who want detail without density. Healed results look like real hair, not makeup.
02 · Lip Blush
A soft, tinted wash of pigment across the lips. Restores definition, adds colour, and works beautifully on faded or asymmetrical lips.
The kind of result you wake up with and reach for less lipstick. Especially loved by clients who've lost natural lip pigment with age.
03 · Ombre Brows
Soft-shaded pixel work that fades from light at the front to defined at the tail. Denser than nanoblading, softer than block colour.
Made for oily skin types and clients who love waking up looking ready. Heals as a soft, makeup-like finish.
04 · Touch-Ups
Cosmetic tattoo fades over time. The studio offers refresh sessions at a reduced rate for clients who've had their initial treatment with Kellen. She'll let you know when it's time.
Process
Most clients describe the sensation as mild scratching, not pain. The studio uses single-use, sterile needles, premium pigments, and a calm, unhurried pace from the moment you sit down.
Kellen looks at your face shape, skin tone, and existing features, then maps a draft shape directly on your skin in pencil. You adjust as much as you need. Nothing permanent until you're happy.
Chosen to your undertone, hair colour, and the look you want. Phibrows, Perma Blend, and Tina Davies. Pigments made to fade evenly, never red, grey or blue.
Warm towel, music if you want it, quiet if you don't. Single-use, sterile needles. Time enough to do the work properly.
The first ten days are the most important. You leave with a printed aftercare brief and a small care kit. A touch-up is booked once the skin has fully settled, so the final result can be perfected.
Suitability
A strong fit if
You're tired of redrawing your brows or lips every morning.
You have sparse, patchy, or over-plucked brows.
Your lip colour has faded with age, or you've lost your defined lip line.
You want a result that looks like skin, not like makeup.
You're happy to follow the ten-day aftercare instructions.
May not be right if
You're pregnant or breastfeeding.
You're on blood thinners or active skin treatments (Accutane, recent peels).
You're looking for a bold, drawn-on, Instagram-style brow. That's not the house style here.
FAQ
It depends on a number of factors. Your skin, your lifestyle, the time you spend in the sun, and how you look after the work all play a part. Every face is different. Kellen will talk it through with you at your consultation.
Most clients describe it as mild scratching, not pain. The studio uses single-use, sterile needles throughout.
Nanoblading uses a much finer single needle than traditional microblading. The result is crisper hair strokes, less trauma to the skin, and a more realistic finish. It's the technique Kellen uses at Berkem Brows for all hair-stroke brow tattoos.
Nanoblading creates individual hair strokes. Best for sparse brows that want detail. Ombre brows shade a soft fill of pigment for a denser, makeup-like finish. Best for oily skin or clients who want the "already done" look.
Current pricing is available on the booking page. Your initial consultation is always free.
Brows look bolder and darker for the first week or so, then lighten as the top layer of skin sheds. By the time you come back for your touch-up they will have softened into their healed colour.
Sometimes. It depends on how faded the old work is and what colour it healed to. Book a free consultation and Kellen will tell you straight whether it's a cover, a correction, or a removal-then-redo situation.
