The agreement between you and Berkem Brows when you book a service or buy a product.

By booking an appointment, buying a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them in full. If anything is unclear, contact before booking.
Berkem Brows is owned and operated by Kellen Berkembrock, ABN 31 705 741 306, located at Shop 308b/87 Griffith Street, Coolangatta QLD 4225. References to "we", "our", and "us" mean Berkem Brows.
All bookings are made through our online booking system, GetTimely. By booking, you confirm that the contact details you provide are accurate and that you are at least 18 years old (or have written consent from a parent or guardian if under 18).
Pricing is shown on the booking page and is current at the time of booking. We may update prices from time to time; the price shown when you book is the price you pay for that appointment.
A non-refundable booking deposit is required for cosmetic tattoo appointments (nanoblading, lip blush, ombre brows, and touch-ups). The deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the total price on the day. Other services may not require a deposit; this is shown at the time of booking.
We understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please call or message as soon as possible.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other clients. Rescheduled appointments due to late arrival may be treated as a cancellation under the policy above.
Cosmetic tattoo is a permanent or semi-permanent procedure. To get the best result and reduce the risk of complications, please follow these instructions before your appointment:
Cosmetic tattoo and certain other treatments are not suitable for everyone. Please tell us at your consultation if any of the following apply:
We reserve the right to decline a treatment if we believe it is not safe to proceed. Any deposit paid will be refunded in this case.
You will receive a printed aftercare brief at the end of your appointment. The first ten days after a cosmetic tattoo are the most important; not following aftercare instructions can affect retention, healing, and your final result.
Results vary from person to person and depend on your skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, aftercare, and overall health. We cannot guarantee a specific look or how long your result will last. A touch-up is included for cosmetic tattoo to perfect the result once the skin has fully settled. Additional touch-ups may incur a fee.
We may take before, during, and after photos of your treatment for client records. These photos are kept confidentially. We will not use them for marketing unless you sign a separate written consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing .
Products purchased from our shop (such as the wax warmer) are subject to manufacturer warranties and Australian Consumer Law. Gift cards have no expiration date, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards can be used towards any service or product at Berkem Brows.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from a treatment or product is limited to the amount you paid for that treatment or product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our services and products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a service or product fails to meet a guarantee, please contact us first so we can try to make it right.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes apply to new bookings made after the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
